Cadet Leader Drill Course [22-23 November 2010]

The 2-day Cadet Leader Drill Course at Home Team Academy had taught us many drills which we are required to teach our unit. The course is conducted so as to standardize all timings throughout all NPCC units. During the 2-day course, we had gone through parade lectures and learnt many drills such as foot drills, rifle drills, baton drills and flag drills. We have also picked up skills like the usage of MOI( Method of Instruction), which could help us in teaching new drills to our juniors. Though the trainings were tough and it was hard enduring the long hours of the course, it has trained our mental resilience. It has also taught us how to present ourselves as leaders infront of our juniors in future. Through the course, we have learnt to be patient with our juniors so that we would impart the best of skills to them and bring the best out of them.
